Nightly builds are now available

Important notice: Those files are provided AS IS for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY and MUST NOT be used in a PRODUCTION CONTEXT.

We have just completed the setup of our CI (see clipos/ci) and nightly builds of CLIP OS are now available. You may download pre-built packages, SDK and instrumented QEMU images from

Be aware that those packages and QEMU images are instrumented, which means they allow full root access without any password on the system.

To quickly try running a CLIP OS system with QEMU, you can use the following commands:

# Pick the latest successful build from
$ BUILD="$(curl '' | jq '.[0].id')"

# Retrieve the QEMU image
$ wget$BUILD/qemu.tar.zst

# Extract and enter directory
$ tar xf qemu.tar.zst && cd clipos_*_qemu

# Read the README
$ cat

# Start CLIP OS with QEMU
$ ./

You can login as root with no password.
